I am an attorney licensed in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Michigan, Washington D.C., Georgia, Texas, Florida and Nevada and I am the Founder and CEO of EPT Legal, a law firm that conducts investigations and resolves workplace disputes. I am an experienced public speaker and facilitator, dedicated to improving work environments, and supporting leadership development, strategic planning, organizational development and creating a healthy and productive work culture. Leveraging my experience as an attorney and litigator for over 27 years, I help leaders maximize their potential and the engagement of their teams, and resolve employment disputes (pre-litigation and post) as a coach, mediator, referee, arbitrator and investigator. As a former senior equity partner at a Big Law firm, and a managing partner of a workplace investigation firm, I have experience with client and business development and coach clients on revenue generation, and growing their books of business. I help companies keep their workplaces compliant, so that they have a productive workplace culture where their teams can thrive and drive growth. I specialize on investigating and getting to the bottom of all types of allegations of misconduct, such as allegations involving EEO, financial, conflicts of interest/self-dealing, academic dishonesty, and workplace policy violations.
