Professional Work: Attorney Baron has developed substantial experience in the areas of Real Estate, Civil Litigation, Probate and Elder Law, Landlord-Tenant law, Collections and Foreclosures, and Corporate Law. Attorney Baron handles all her cases personally from inception through to resolution. All of her real estate sales and purchases are handled without contracting out any portion of the transaction, including the full title examination. Attorney Baron is fluent in both English and French, and has clients from both sides of the USA/Canada border. She has appeared before the Supreme Court of the State of Vermont and State of New Hampshire, the Vermont Superior Courts; both civil and probate divisions, United States Federal District Court, District of Vermont, New Hampshire Superior Courts, State of New Hampshire, both District and Probate Divisions. Elana S. Baron has earned the professional certification of Certified Estate Planner (CEP®) enabling her to bring every client a custom tailored estate plan which is designed to preserve, protect, and pass on that individual’s estate as they so desire, giving that client the peace of mind that comes from knowing their estate will be managed during their lifetime as they have directed even should they become incapacitated. Biographical Details: Elana Baron was born and raised in Montreal, Quebec. She and her family now live in southwestern New Hampshire. When not relaxing at home with her husband and English Mastiff named Odin, Elana volunteers with local animal care organizations and the Keene YMCA.
