Eileen Muskett

Eileen has an extensive litigation practice that encompasses mass tort, products liability and pharmaceutical litigation. She frequently represents clients before the Atlantic County Superior Court and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and possesses substantial knowledge of the local legal landscape in New Jersey. Eileen often serves as a key trial team member in major pharmaceutical litigation matters, providing essential insight on handling cases in the New Jersey court system and helping to bring significant matters to successful resolution. She has been involved in representing some of the world's largest pharmaceutical companies in mass tort litigation involving blockbuster drugs for osteoporosis (Fosamax®) and hair loss (Propecia®). Eileen is also well-versed in handling labor and employment law matters. She represents clients at the administrative level as well as in the New Jersey Division on Civil Rights, the EEOC and litigates cases in state and federal courts which involve claims of wrongful discharge, unemployment appeals, breach of contract and illegal harassment. Eileen also assists clients in a preventative capacity, such as performing in-house training on anti-harassment issues, supervisory skills, family leave and how to implement discipline to employees. She also reviews company policies and employee handbooks and has assisted employers in reductions in force.
