About Edward Weiner
I have over 42 years of proven successful performance representing plaintiffs with achievements including numerous cases before the Virginia Supreme Court and the Virginia Court of Appeals; winning precedent-setting appellate cases; and achieving a reputation as an effective pre-trial negotiator. I am Past-President of the Fairfax Law Foundation and a Past-President of the Fairfax Bar Association. I serve on the Virginia Supreme Court Professionalism Faculty and am President of the Virginia State Bar. I have been consistently named one of Washington's "Best Lawyers" for Personal Injury by the Washingtonian and Northern Virginia Magazine, am AV-rated by Martindale-Hubble, and have been listed in SuperLawyers Magazine since 2006. I continue to dedicate my professional injury law experience to advocate for the legal rights of our clients and their families and give of my personal time to the community to make Virginia an even better place to live.
