Over two-hundred California workers' compensation trials, multiple Petitions for Reconsideration and Answers before the California Workers' Compensation Appeals Board, and over twenty appeal briefs before the California Courts of Appeal. California Superior Court trial experience, significant civil litigation experience, and representation before various California administrative agencies.In January 2015 I joined long-term professional colleague Frank J. Mastroni who represents both injured workers as well as defendants in California Workers' Compensation Appeals Board proceedings. Our office represents injured workers throughout Southern California. Certified Specialist in Workers' Compensation Law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization from 1995 to 2007. AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell since 1998. Also, I am Of Counsel to Solution Law in Fountain Valley where I handle non-workers' compensation litigation including criminal, employment, and personal injury litigation as part of a team of several lawyers.
