About Edward Huguenin
Ed’d practice focuses on complex business litigation matters in the areas of real estate, land use, contracts, corporate, product liability and employment law. He currently represents some of the Firm’s largest institutional clients and is known for his effective and creative legal strategies, culminating in favorable results through trial, arbitration and ADR. In 2018, along with law Partners, Robert Kahn, Jessica Moran and Jim Bothwell, Ed founded Huguenin Kahn, LLP. And in January 2024, Huguenin Kahn merged with Plante Lebovic, LLP to form Plante Huguenin Lebovic Kahn LLP. The new Firm caters to clients throughout California, Washington, Nevada, Texas, Colorado, Arizona and Washington D.C. Mr. Huguenin is currently licensed to practice in State and Federal Courts throughout California, Washington, Colorado and Texas, and is a long-standing member of the Northern California BIA, and the Sacramento County and Placer County Bar Associations.
