I was admitted to the Florida bar in 1975. Member of the Federal Trial Bar, Southern District of Florida, the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. Practicing law for the past 39 years. Started my career as an Assistant United States Attorney, for the Southern District of Florida. In 1980 I moved to Stuart and began private practice of law in the areas listed below. Specialties: All aspects of Family Law, Criminal Law, Civil law, Business organization, and Mortgage Foreclosure Defense. More recently developed legal software for dissolution of marriage and protective injunctions against violence. Currently underdevelopment are legal software for Paternity, Adoption, Name Change, Small Claims, Landlord Tenant. Additionally, I'm drafting scripts for legal educational videos for individuals who can not afford attorneys but must go to court.
