I have served central florida families in marital and family law matters, child custody, predivorce planning, premarital agreements, post marital agreements, post divorce or family law judgment modifications, and enforcement actions since 2015. I have been counsel for multiple appeals, including arguing live before the Fifth District Court of Appeal and receiving favorable appellate opinions. I focus my practice on providing a legal service that empowers the clients to be as aggressive as possible, to employ different strategies at their option, and to consider the costs of each tactic and/or strategy. I want to provide my clients with all of the options, give them the information to how each one effects their case and likelihood of obtaining certain results, and let them choose from an informed position what the best, most cost effective strategy is for them. Everyone wants to “win” their proceeding, however, not everyone is able or willing to do everything it would take to give them the highest possible likelihood of success. So, rather than running up a bill that will end up with a client not being able to finish the case with me or the firm, we will either not take the client or give the client options for strategies or tactics they are willing to employ, as a team, to increase their probability of obtaining the desired result.
