About Edward Cramp
Managing Partner of the San Diego Office, Team Lead for the Duane Morris Education Practice, and member of the firm's Partner's Board. In his legal practice, Edward represents institutions of higher education, EdTech companies, and related education services companies in accreditation, regulatory, litigation, and transactional matters. Edward is active in the higher education community. He regularly speaks at conferences and events throughout the country on a variety of issues. He teaches Higher Education Law as an adjunct faculty member of the Drexel University Thomas R. Kline College of Law and School of Education. A proud veteran of the United States Navy, Edward served as a judge advocate, where he was appointed to the rank of Lieutenant Commander. During his time in the naval service, he defended numerous matters before courts-martial and administrative boards. He also represented the interests of the United States in claims brought against and on behalf of the Navy. Edward is admitted to practice in California and Illinois. He is a graduate, with honors, of the Illinois Institute of Technology's Chicago-Kent College of Law and a graduate of the University of California, Riverside.
