Edward Brady

Ed Brady has been a trial lawyer for more than twenty years during which he has had the opportunity to serve as both a military and federal prosecutor and a military defense counsel. Mr. Brady continues today to represent both service members and civilians charged with criminal and serious traffic offenses. Mr. Brady is also very active in civil litigation on behalf of a wide variety of both corporate and individual clients, providing guidance and representation to many small businesses in and around Anne Arundel County on a wide arrange of issues. A small sample of Mr. Brady's experience includes the defense of a U.S. Army drill instructor in one of the more widely publicized courts-martial in recent military history, the defense of Emergency Medical Service (EMS) providers of the Baltimore City Fire Department, the defense of product liability claims asserted against a variety of major manufacturers, prosecution of subrogation claims on behalf of several of the Nation's largest insurance carriers arising from fire and other catastrophic losses, the defense of medical malpractice and general liability claims asserted against regional health care providers and medical facilities and the representation of plaintiffs in a variety of wrongful death actions and other serious personal injury matters.
