For the past 25 years, my practice has focused on mid-sized to large corporations seeking counsel in employment and commercial litigation. I have successfully represented businesses involving all manner of employment disputes, including sex, race, disability, and age discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and whistleblower claims. I have also successfully represented businesses in enforcing non-competition agreements and protecting their trade secrets. I have litigated cases in federal and state court as well as several different arbitration forums. I am the immediate past Chair of WNJ's Litigation Practice Group.
