My legal experience reflects my global/holistic inclination, as I have worked for both "sides" of personal injury-- Plaintiff and Defense, as well as three (yes three!) aspects of Worker’s Comp: 1) Injured workers, 2) Employers (and at times all parties) and 3) insurance defense subrogation. (Very arcane.) I have led the way in area such as transformative mediation, “unbundled services” and collaborative divorce. I can't found out a collaborative Law group group in Orange County California. My ethics were such that I almost don't fit in the legal world today. No that's not a boast it's more of a lament but it's still true. I am also a system stinker and was on track to get a PhD and integrative healing and therapy when the pandemic hit and I decided against it. Nevertheless I have a lifetime of understanding these things. I haveI have written an ebook called “Life Isn't Fair--But I can Help You Win anyway". Failing a willingness to work on such advanced self knowledge, litigants need unbundled services, but so far no one is making this known to the public.
