Edgar Ndjatou

I help organizations and nonprofits build workplaces rooted in fairness, trust, and effective problem-solving so people can thrive and businesses can perform. I’m Edgar Ndjatou (Ed-gahr N-JAH-too), a DC-based consultant, employment attorney, and proud Brandeis University alum. Through Officium LLC, I partner with public, private, and government-sector clients to make confident HR decisions, design innovative policies, and navigate complex workplace challenges through alternative dispute resolution.I bring a reasoned, straightforward approach to every engagement, tailoring strategies to each client’s needs while providing structure, accountability, and steady leadership through change.In parallel, I serve as Executive Director of Workplace Fairness, where I lead advocacy efforts to educate the public on national and state employment laws. My work is grounded in one belief: resolving workplace challenges and strengthening legal compliance does more than reduce risk doesn’t just reduce risk. It creates peace of mind, productivity, and a better quality of life for everyone involved.
