I am a strategic advisor on all issues arising throughout the lifecycle of a business. I routinely advise clients on employment matters (such as discrimination, harassment, whistleblowing, and retaliation), intellectual property, unfair competition, restrictive covenants, trade secrets, wage and hour matters, shareholder issues, and routine commercial matters (such as contract negotiation, lease negotiations, supply chain issues, and disputes). I pride myself on my ability to find creative ways to resolve disputes, before they evolve into costly litigation. When necessary, I litigate contract disputes, patent infringement matters, trade secret misappropriation matters, copyright infringement matters, employment disputes and general civil matters. I also have extensive experience in managing complex electronic discovery. I work in a variety of industries, including dentistry, and co-chair my firm’s dental support organization (“DSO”) service group, which has handled dozens of dental practice acquisitions. I routinely advise clients on legal issues germane to dentistry, including formation, employment matters, lease issues, construction buildout issues, vendor disputes, and purchase/sale of a practice. Whether the client is a solo practitioner or national DSO, I offer clients practical legal advice tempered with business sense.
