Dwight Clark

Mr. Clark is the principal of the Columbia law firm of Dwight W. Clark, L.L.C. He obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law. His Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, cum laude, is from the University of Maryland. Mr. Clark advises and represents clients in matters pertaining to civil litigation, real estate and family law, estate planning, bankruptcy, landlord and tenant issues, administrative law, community associations, business organizations and corporate law, debt collection and personal injury. Mr. Clark is licensed by the State of Maryland as a debt collection agency. He has served as an assistant solicitor to a large Maryland municipality and as a specially-appointed Assistant State’s Attorney for the enforcement of municipal codes. Mr. Clark has served on the Board of Directors of the Maryland Chamber of Commerce. He served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Howard County, Maryland Chamber of Commerce in 2000-2001. In all, he served for six years on the Board of Directors of the Howard County Chamber of Commerce and previously served the Chamber as Chair of the Legislative Committee and as the Divisional Vice-President for Governmental Affairs. Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Clark was employed with the U.S. Department of Defense as a Russian linguist, and later served on the legal staff of the Director of a major government intelligence agency. Mr. Clark is a member of the Maryland and the Howard County Bar Associations, and the firm of Dwight W. Clark, L.L.C. is a licensed Collection Agency in the State of Maryland.
