Durga Bharam

Durga Bharam is a partner based in the Chicago office of Tressler LLP. She concentrates her practice in commercial and employment litigation and consultation. Her emphasis is employment law where she provides both consultation and litigation services to corporate and insurance clients. Durga has more than 20 years of experience litigating cases ranging from business disputes to harassment and discrimination claims. In addition, she has more than 12 years experience providing counseling and training for employers relating to all aspects of employment, including hiring, discipline, discharge, discrimination, wage and hour, leaves of absence, severance and non-compete agreements. Durga has also assisted clients in drafting or revising employment contracts, employee handbooks, independent contractor agreements, covenants not to compete, confidentiality agreements and separation agreements.
