About Duane Geck
I represent financial institutions in all aspects of the lending relationship with particular specialization in complex commercial loan transactions, loan restructurings and workouts, litigation to enforce creditor's rights, and representation of the lender in the bankruptcy case of the borrower. Over the years I have developed extensive experience in the automobile finance industry handling all issues related to dealer financing. My expertise covers U.C.C related collateral and real estate secured lending and I have served as the Vice Chair of the Uniform Commercial Code Committee of the State Bar of California (now the Commercial Transactions Committee).
