Douglas Suter

I am a motivated Senior at Sacred Heart University in the Jack Welch College of Business & Technology, pursuing a double major in Finance and Economics, along with minors in Financial Analytics and Honors. Through my academic coursework, I am building a strong foundation in financial principles, data-driven decision-making, and legal insights that prepare me for a successful career in the business world. Outside the classroom, I am a Division 1 student-athlete on the Track and Field Team, where I have developed discipline, teamwork, and time management skills. I am also an active brother of Alpha Kappa Psi, a professional business fraternity, and a member of the Student Managed Investment Fund, where I have honed my leadership and investment management skills. Currently, I am a Claims Intern at Great American Insurance Group in Cincinatti, OH, where I am gaining hands-on experience in analyzing claims, assessing liability, and ensuring accurate and fair settlements. My academic, athletic, and professional experiences have equipped me with a diverse skill set and a proactive mindset, preparing me to excel in the financial and insurance service industry.
