Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working at the intersection of law and technology, serving as General Counsel for innovative companies including LinkedIn during its early years and Nauto, an AI company in the autonomous vehicle space, as well as representing founders and senior executives as their personal general counsel. My experience spans both operational and advisory roles in Silicon Valley. As a general counsel and outside GC, I've helped companies scale their legal operations, build legal teams, and manage comprehensive legal strategy. I've specialized in advising founders and executives through critical business transitions, including company formations, financing rounds, and M&A transactions.
