About Doug Malek
I represent injured workers in workers' compensation matters at the administrative level, before the court of common pleas, and at the appellate level. I also have experience in social security disability, tort litigation (e.g. products liability and premises liability) and other areas of employment law. There are eight attorneys who are practicing here at our office, which is owned and operated by my father, Ed Malek, who is the founding partner (in 1972). It's extremely gratifying having such an impact on the lives of others. Specialties: Workers' Compensation; Tort Liability; Social Security Disability; general litigation.
