Doreen Martin

Doreen Martin is a litigator with over 20 years of experience representing private and public entities, as well as non-profit and educational institutions in internal investigations, government investigations, and related litigation in state and federal courts. A key focus of her practice is conducting workplace misconduct and whistleblower investigations involving allegations such as retaliation, bullying, theft, fraud, harassment, violations of company policy, and discrimination. Doreen is skilled in conducting investigations in a discreet and sensitive manner while maintaining impartiality throughout the investigative process. She regularly defends employers in discrimination, retaliation, and hostile work environment claims under Title VII, Title IX, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and related state and city corollaries.
