My newest passion is commercial mediation. That includes transactions and litigation, in both business and real estate.My qualifications as a mediator come from 43 years of practice in transactional law and litigation. I have learned from the transaction side how the agreement should have been drafted. In litigation, I have learned what to avoid in transactions.Because I have been through hundreds of complex commercial matters and cases, representing both buyers and sellers—and both plaintiffs and defendants—I am confident I can help you avoid pitfalls and mediate your dispute in a timely, cost-effective manner. In my perspective as a mediator, civility is paramount. Without civility there can be no discourse, dialogue or discussion. Without that there can be no solutions or resolutions.
