Donald Maiberger

Don Maiberger is member of Anderson & Quinn, LLC. Prior to joining Anderson & Quinn, he was a Special Agent of the Federal Bureau of Investigation assigned to criminal investigations and domestic intelligence. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from the College of the Holy Cross and earned his law degree from St. John's University. Don is a member of the New York, District of Columbia and Maryland Bars, and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and the U.S. District Courts for the District of Columbia and Maryland. Over the years, he has tried vast numbers of Workers' Compensation matters in Maryland and the District of Columbia. He has extensive jury trial experience in such matters as, automobile negligence, false arrest and malicious prosecution, as well as premises liability and toxic torts cases. Don has negotiated favorable settlements and resolutions through mediation and arbitration and has been designated as an Arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association. He is a Charter Member and former President of the Association of Compensation Insurance Attorneys and a member of the Maryland Workers' Compensation Education Association. Due to expertise in the field, Don has been invited to lecture at association conventions. He holds memberships in the American Bar Association, Maryland Bar Association, District of Columbia Bar and the Montgomery County Bar Association. In recognition of the high quality of representation Don has given to clients over the years, he has been awarded Martindale-Hubbell's highest AV Preeminent rating and designated as a Super Lawyer in Maryland.
