About Don Singleton
I am proud to be a Personal Injury Trial Lawyer. For over 30 years, I have represented victims of serious injury and wrongful death across Sandy Springs, Atlanta, Buford, and throughout Georgia — fighting for full and fair compensation for victims of negligence and for the families of those killed. I served as co-counsel on a record $18.75 million judgment against MARTA in Johnson v. MARTA, following a $25 million jury verdict for a paratransit passenger who suffered catastrophic brain injuries. My work has been recognized by Martindale-Hubbell with an AV Preeminent peer rating for over 25 years, by The National Trial Lawyers as a Top 100 Trial Lawyer, and through admission to the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. I am a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and the State Bar of Georgia, and I have been featured in Georgia Super Lawyers magazine. I represent victims of car accidents, truck and 18-wheeler accidents, motorcycle accidents, bus and MARTA accidents, pedestrian and bicycle accidents, dog bite injuries, DUI accident victim claims, premises liability and slip and fall, catastrophic injury and brain injury claims, and wrongful death cases. Before founding Singleton Law Firm in 1999, I served as a part-time prosecuting attorney for the City of Holly Springs (1992-1993) and as a partner at Dudley & Singleton (1993-1999). From 2001 to 2007, I also served as a part-time Municipal Judge for the City of Kennesaw while leading my private practice. I earned my A.B. from the University of Georgia in 1987 and my J.D. from Mercer University's Walter F. George School of Law in 1990. I love working with people and helping others in times of crisis. Wrongful death and catastrophic injury cases require special attention and dedication, and I am proud to provide that to every family I represent.
