About Diane Wasznicky
Ms. Wasznicky received her undergraduate degree in psychology, sociology and law from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, in 1977. A native of Massachusetts, she moved to California in 1977 to attend law school at the University of California, Davis, receiving her Juris Doctor in 1980. In 1989, she co-founded the firm of Bartholomew & Wasznicky, specializing in Family Law. She is certified by the State Bar of California as a Family Law Specialist. PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, Sociology and Law from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst Juris Doctorate from University of California, Davis, School of Law Admittance to the California State Bar in 1981 Co-founded the law firm of Bartholomew & Wasznicky in 1989 and limits her practice exclusively to family law Certified by the State Bar of California as a Family Law Specialist in 1987 Served on the Senate Task Force on Family Relations Courts Co-founder and facilitator of the Sacramento Custody Discussion Group (1983 - 2008)
