Diane Geller

Currently licensed to practice law in Florida, Virginia, New York, and Tennessee. In addition, I am admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, and the United States District Courts of the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. As an attorney I represent partnerships, public companies, and private corporations large and small in contract negotiations, employment matters, receivables financing, franchise law issues, and general corporate matters. I assist in the negotiation, structuring, and documentation of purchases or sales of businesses or corporate entities. I am often called upon to act as general counsel for companies who are not yet ready to engage in house counsel. Former in-house counsel for a 600 million dollar, publicly traded company in the staffing and funding industry. I have experience in providing daily management of the legal needs and risk management for several businesses including those in the staffing, propane gas, medical, and insurance service industries Specialties: Staffing Industry.
