With nearly thirty years of experience as a litigator, in-house counsel, investigator, and mediator, I bring a broad and practical perspective to my work as a mediator at Signature Resolution. My focus has always been on helping parties move past impasse by translating conflict into progress through careful listening, clear communication, and strategic problem solving.Before joining Signature Resolution, I spent more than two decades practicing employment law on both the plaintiff and defense sides, as well as serving as in-house counsel focused on employment and privacy matters. I also founded and led Maier Law Group, where I handled complex employment disputes, conducted workplace investigations, and advised organizations on conflict prevention and resolution. This varied background allows me to understand the legal, business, and human dynamics that drive disputes and to help parties evaluate risk and opportunity realistically.I am frequently selected to mediate employment and workplace matters, including single and multi plaintiff cases, PAGA actions, and non litigation workplace conflicts involving executives, partners, and teams. I also mediate business, contract, real estate, intellectual property, landlord tenant, and probate disputes. Having worked across litigation, policy, and governance settings, I am comfortable navigating high stakes conflicts where relationships, reputations, and long term outcomes matter.In addition to private mediations, I have served as an empaneled mediator for multiple federal and state courts.
