I am a commercial engineer with extensive experience in logistics management, operations and supply chain management, supplier’s management, FCL, LTL coordination from Chile, Perú, Brasil and Argentina. Also, customer care management based on customer centricity strategies. I am passionate about the complexity inside companies’ supply chain. How different providers, organizations, systems, technologies, and third party companies must work and coordinate resources in detail to deliver products and services from one end to the other. During my free time, I am studying to become a full-stack developer. This through a master program in ConquerBlocks online academy. I am still learning, but this area is something that always called my attention and curiosity. This field is the base for every app, software and program that we use today.
