About Diana Bronnberg
I specialize in Workers’ Compensation and Social Security Disability law and have spent more than 26 years advocating for injured and disabled workers throughout New York. I personally represent clients before the New York State Workers’ Compensation Board and the Social Security Administration, protecting their rights against insurance carriers and employers while guiding them through some of the most challenging moments of their lives. My practice is rooted in hands-on representation, strategic negotiation, and a deep commitment to client education. I believe informed clients make stronger decisions, and I take the time to ensure they fully understand their rights, options, and long-term implications when facing disability or an inability to work. My goal is always to maximize benefits while achieving practical, sustainable outcomes. I began my career at one of New York City’s largest Workers’ Compensation firms, representing union members and public employees, including Verizon workers, CSEA members, and City employees. Growing up in a union household gave me a firsthand understanding of both statutory benefits and the critical protections afforded through collective bargaining—experience that continues to shape my advocacy today. In 2005, I transitioned to a leading Long Island law firm, where I expanded my practice to include Social Security Disability and complex Workers’ Compensation claims. I have litigated and established claims involving repetitive stress injuries, occupational disease, heart conditions, and post-9/11 PTSD, and have represented police officers, teachers, sanitation workers, municipal employees, home health aides, and TLC drivers across Nassau and Suffolk Counties. Known for being both patient and relentless in advocacy, I am highly detail-oriented and thoroughly prepared—qualities that have earned the respect of judges, defense counsel, and colleagues alike. Above all, I am passionate about listening to my clients, understanding their concerns, and helping them develop a clear, thoughtful plan when their ability to work is unexpectedly disrupted.
