About Deno Capello
Upon being licensed by the Kentucky Bar Association, I joined the Lexington based firm for which I had served as law clerk throughout law school, and eventually rose to partner. My practice was primarily Plaintiff's oriented, with a focus on litigation of tort and discrimination claims. I was recruited to the Becker Law Office in the fall of 2001 and there I continued my focus upon Plaintiff’s personal injury claims until the fall of 2004 when I joined Bubalo & Hiestand, predecessor to, Bubalo, Hiestand & Rotman, PLC. I was named Partner in 2007. In January 2009 I returned as a Partner to the Becker Law Office, PLLC where I led the Lexington staff. In July 2011 I joined Hughes and Coleman with a similarly focussed practice in it's Lexington office and departed that practice in June 2017. I am a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, a national organization of attorneys who have obtained verdicts or settlements for clients in excess of one million dollars. Current bar memberships include the Kentucky Bar Association, the Fayette County Bar Association, the Louisville Bar Association, the American Association for Justice and the Kentucky Justice Association. I am licensed to practice in all courts in the Commonwealth of Kentucky, in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Specialties: Practice is oriented exclusively to Plaintiff’s personal injury claims with a specific focus on automobile tort, medical malpractice, products liability and other complex litigation.
