He has served as strategic counsel and led multiple corporate transactions and integrations throughout his career. Leveraging his comprehensive understanding of business trends, regulatory matters, securities law, and capital markets, Dennis is a trusted partner and advisor to peers and C-suite executives. Environmental, Social & Governance Initiatives: Counsels clients on mitigating risks and uncovering opportunities via their ESG efforts and ensures alignment with macro-level business objectives. Deal Structuring & Execution: Dennis has led multiple domestic and cross-border transactions, including the $2.5B merger of an Irish pharmaceutical company, the $20M IPO of a computing company, and the $25M investment in a regional firm by a large, publicly traded bank.
