My practice is focused on employment related matters and litigation. After more than two decades as partner in large firms, I started my own practice because I want to make my own choices about how and for whom I practice law. I strive to provide excellent, timely service to my clients without resorting to cookie cutter responses to the problems my clients face. I also have an active alternative dispute resolution practice, serving as a mediator and arbitrator in pre-suit mediations and in cases filed in state and federal court.
