Deneen LaMonica

I am success driven, accomplished attorney with over 20 years of hands-on litigation practice.  I started out my practice as national counsel at a firm, managing asbestos litigation. Following that, I practiced as a general and commercial litigator at one of the largest firms in Cleveland. I have appeared in over 20 jurisdictions, tried numerous cases to jury verdict, represented clients in arbitrations and mediations, obtained TRO’s for clients, participated in numerous evidentiary and other hearings, and brought and argued appeals for clients.  In addition, I have participated on and helped organize numerous e-discovery teams for various clients, utilizing several different review tools. As a white-collar defense attorney, I obtained a not guilty verdict on a multi-count federal indictment, negotiated numerous plea deals and participated in several internal investigations.   I successfully transitioned to the plaintiff’s side of litigation as sole litigator in the Cleveland Office of a small firm where I not only had to build a book of business, but have doubled the case load that existed when I started.
