More than 40 years of experience both in and out of government litigating and trying white collar criminal cases and complex civil litigation, including serving as a federal prosecutor, and, as Special Counsel to the Assistant Attorney General, Tax Division, advising on criminal and civil tax enforcement. Prosecuted or defended securities enforcement actions, including securities fraud and insider trading, cryptocurrency frauds, antitrust, banking fraud, environmental crimes, government contracts fraud, FCPA, tax crimes, and FDA crimes, among others. Complex civil cases have included class actions, copyright infringement, trade secret misappropriation, insurance coverage, breach of lease, partnership disputes and a wide variety of business disputes.
