About Dean Fankhauser
I am an attorney and partner at the Vriezelaar, Tigges, Edgington, Bottaro, Boden & Lessmann Law Firm. My general practice includes, among other things, agricultural law, business law, commercial law, property law, collections law, real estate, probate, and estate planning. I was raised in Chadron, Nebraska and graduated from Chadron State College in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Justice Studies and an emphasis on Legal Studies. After earning my degree at Chadron State College I went to The University of South Dakota where I attained a Juris Doctorate. I am currently admitted to practice law in the States of Iowa and Nebraska. I am also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Iowa. I am a member of The Iowa State Bar Association and the Woodbury County Bar Association. I enjoy working with business owners and entrepreneurs and I have a job history that reflects my experience in business management and operations.
