Dayna Tann

Dayna is a Partner at Garfunkel Wild, P.C., which she joined in 2011. She is a member of the firm’s Litigation and Arbitration Practice Group, which represents clients in all phases of civil litigation before both state and federal courts, as well as alternative dispute resolution bodies. She is also a member of the firm's Employment Law and Environmental Practice Groups.Dayna has broad employment law experience, defending clients against various types of employment claims, including harassment and discrimination based on age, race, gender, national origin, and disability, as well as claims based on whistleblower laws, and breach of employment contracts. Dayna received her B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Scranton in 2005 and her J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law in 2010, where she was an editor of the St. John’s Law Review.
