Dayna Johnson

Dayna Johnson is an Officer in the Litigation Practice Group. She has litigated cases before federal and state courts involving a wide range of industries and practice areas, including product liability, mass toxic tort, premises liability, personal injury litigation and insurance coverage issues. She has experience litigating, overseeing, and managing mass toxic tort litigation involving various industries, including petroleum, asbestos and benzene. Her practice also extends to successfully representing clients before arbitration panels and in mediation proceedings.Specialties: Dayna Johnson has considerable trial experience at all levels. She has tried numerous cases to verdict in Illinois and Missouri and has briefed and argued appeals before the Illinois Supreme Court and the Illinois Appellate Court. She has also served as an arbitrator in the St. Clair and Madison County Mandatory Arbitration programs.
