David Weldon

I advise employers on the full spectrum of traditional labor and employment law matters to keep their business on track and running smoothly, including assessing litigation risks, resolving disputes, and finding solutions for day-to-day employee and union-related issues. I also assist employers by preparing and reviewing employment agreements, restrictive covenant agreements, employee handbooks, personnel policies and separation agreements. In litigation, I represent employers before state and federal courts nationwide, as well as administrative agencies including the NLRB, EEOC, and DOL.
