About David Welch
David Welch is the founding attorney of Enso Law LLP. His practice focuses in the areas of Litigation, Governmental Affairs, Intellectual Property and Complex Criminal Defense. Mr. Welch has a broad base of experience in representing businesses. While devoting a substantial portion of his practice to serving as General Counsel to some recognizable brands, Mr. Welch also focuses on complex commercial transactions, finance, intellectual property, and municipal law. Mr. Welch’s clients include hedge, physicians, real estate developers and publicly traded companies. Mr. Welch is a member of the Los Angeles County and American Bar Associations and various other trade organizations related to his fields of practice. He also lectures regularly in his areas of practice. Mr. Welch was recognized as Southern California Super Lawyers “Rising Stars” in 2014 through 2017 and a “Super Lawyer” in 2018.
