My practice is limited to U.S. immigration and nationality law. I am certified by the Florida Bar as an expert in the field. I have over forty two years experience in handling all types of immigration cases including family reunification, employment-based, foreign investors, consular visa processing at United States embassies, naturalization and citizenship matters, deportation, immigration related litigation in federal courts, administrative appeals and asylum. I was awarded the Excellence in Practice of Immigration Law by the American Immigration Lawyers Association in 2009.
