David Silldorf

David R. Silldorf proudly owns and operates the Law Offices of David R. Silldorf, APC. Mr. Silldorf earned his Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law and graduated summa cum laude from Boston University. At Boston University, he attained an independent concentration in Philosophy, Law, and Ethics, with highest honors, and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He spent a summer abroad at Oxford University where he studied Shakespeare. While in law school, Mr. Silldorf earned the honor of Distinguished Advocate for his outstanding oral advocacy and was a member of four National mock trial teams. He is currently an adjunct professor at California Western School of Law and continues to coach trial skills to student competitors. Mr. Silldorf also earned American Jurisprudence Awards in Advanced Trial Practice, Alternative Dispute Resolution, and Arbitration Advocacy. Mr. Silldorf is an active member of the State Bar of California, the San Diego County Bar Association, and the San Diego Criminal Defense Bar Association. Specialties: Criminal defense in federal trial courts nationwide; Criminal defense for serious felony and misdemeanor charges (including D.U.I.) in state trial courts (admitted to practice in California); Appellate advocacy in federal courts nationwide; Defense against S.E.C. investigations and other civil matters with criminal implications; Prosecuting civil rights cases against government agencies; Pursuing selected civil matters as trial counsel.
