About David Pivtorak
The Pivtorak Law Firm is dedicated to pursuing justice for individuals who have been harmed physically, financially, or emotionally by corporations and government entities. We take a great interest in representing those who feel powerless and silenced in the current climate. Our goal is to seek justice for those who have been harmed by the spread of Critical Race Theory, radical gender ideology, and the pall of orthodoxy they have brought into the American workplace and classroom. Spurred by injustices Wokism inflicted on regular Americans, and the inaction of other lawyers and public interest groups, the firm's founder, David Pivtorak, brought the Nation’s first lawsuit challenging these unconstitutional practices. Since then he has worked tirelessly representing victims of these ideologies and educating parents, employees, and even lawmakers all across the country on strategies to eradicate them from our major institutions.
