My practice consists of securities, employment, trade secret, antitrust and general business litigation. I have handled numerous cases involving securities fraud, shareholder disputes, shareholder derivative claims, insider trading, wage and hour disputes, wrongful termination, discrimination, price fixing, monopolization, claims for violation of California's Unfair Competition Law (Business & Professions Code section 17200), class actions and international business litigation. I also litigate matters involving the recovery of assets for clients who were defrauded and by way of enforcement of judgments. I also provide advice to corporations and individuals concerning compliance with the antitrust, unfair competition and employment laws, as well as corporate governance issues. I serve as outside general counsel to small and medium sized businesses, including early stage companies.
