About David Nacht

David Nacht is the founder and managing partner of NachtLaw, P.C., a plaintiff’s employment law and civil rights law firm in Ann Arbor, Michigan. David started the firm in 1996 as a solo practitioner and has since grown it to a 5-lawyer practice which represents individuals throughout the state of Michigan. It has also expanded its offices to two additional locations in Birmingham and Traverse City. David is AV-rated on Martindale-Hubble and has been selected as a Michigan Super Lawyer every year since 2011. In addition to his litigation practice, David routinely represents executives, physicians, professors, and small business owners in disputes and in the legal aspects of managing their careers, including severance reviews, non-compete agreements, and other contract issues. Prior to beginning his firm, David clerked for the Honorable Stewart Newblatt in the Eastern District of Michigan and worked as an associate at Miller Canfield in Detroit. He also served on the staff for former U.S. Senator John Glenn for two years after obtaining his undergraduate degree. David is an active member of the Ann Arbor community in which he resides—he is a former Scio Township Trustee and served for 10 years on the board of the Ann Arbor Transit Authority. he has held several non-profit board positions as well.
