About David Moss
I am the Senior Partner and Principal Shareholder/ co-founder of Moss & Colella, P.C., which I established with attorney A. Vince Colella in 1997. With a shared focus on clients and professionalism in our personal injury and modern civil rights practice, we reached a milestone 20 year anniversary mark for Moss & Colella in 2017. I have successfully represented victims of personal injury for nearly 35 years and am pleased to have the respect of both plaintiff and defense litigators, who regard me as a skilled and tenacious advocate for our firm’s clients. I have argued before the Michigan Supreme Court and several Michigan Court of Appeals panels. My law practice focuses on Railroad Litigation, Casino Litigation, Medical Malpractice, Automobile Negligence, Motorcycle and Trucking Accident Claims, Construction and Highway Design Litigation, Premises Liability, Insurance Claims and Contract Disputes. I am proud to serve on the Board of the Downtown Boxing Gym Youth Program. This non-profit organization provides an academic and athletic program for Detroit children FREE to all participants. The organization has a 100% High School Graduation Rate since its inception in 2007.
