David Morrison

I am a Principal at Goldberg Kohn with a national practice in commercial litigation and employment law. I have served as trial counsel on numerous trials, preliminary injunction and temporary restraining order hearings and arbitrations involving employment discrimination, non-compete, trade secret, environmental, construction, contract, governmental budgeting, constitutional interpretation and a variety of bankruptcy issues. I also have successfully won appeals across the nation, including in Illinois, California, and in the Sixth, Seventh and Tenth Circuit Courts of Appeal. I have served as the Firm's Administrative Partner since January 1, 2021, helping to lead the firm through the Covid pandemic. I have served as the Firm's Hiring Partner, Chief Employment Counsel, and also previously chaired the Firm's Diversity Committee, having drafted the Firm's first diversity initiative.
