City of New York, et al., 03 Civ. 0735 (S.D.N.Y.)(DB) – Section 1983 claim for malicious prosecution on behalf of one of the five young men recently exonerated of any responsibility for the rape and attempted murder of the “Central Park Jogger” in 1989. Recently resolved for $40 million globally. Worthy v. Lespier, et al., 2:05-cv-2115 (D.N.J.)(DRD)(PS) - Successful defense at trial of a City of Newark Police Officer accused of multiple civil rights violations. Larsen v. Sager, et al., BER-L-2917-07 (S.C.N.J.) – Favorable settlement obtained after beginning trial on behalf of plaintiff for claims of employment discrimination and sexual harassment under New Jersey’s Law Against Discrimination. Tineo v. Langendeon, et al., PAS-L-3122-07 (S.C.N.J.) – Favorable trial verdict obtained on behalf of plaintiff for injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident.
