About David Kestenbaum
I am the President of Kestenbaum Law Group, APC, a criminal defense law firm that I founded in 2014 after many years of experience as a prosecutor and a partner at another firm. I personally represent people who are being investigated or prosecuted for any misdemeanor or felony in Southern California, using my skills as an expert negotiator and trial attorney to achieve the best results possible for them. My mission is to protect the rights and interests of my clients, and to minimize the negative effects that an arrest or conviction can have on their lives and careers. I also aim to make the legal process a learning experience for them, so that they can avoid future mistakes and problems. I have a proven track record of success in handling complex and challenging cases, including anti-paparazzi law, drug DUIs, and first amendment issues. I have been recognized by my peers and the legal community as an AV rated attorney and a Super Lawyer, and I have published several articles on criminal law topics.
