About David Herman
As a partner in Dechert’s financial restructuring group, I represent clients in Chapter 11 and municipal bankruptcy cases, out-of-court restructuring matters, and bankruptcy litigation. My recent matters have included the bankruptcy cases of LATAM Airlines, Eletson Holdings, PG&E Corporation, Sears, the Weinstein Company, and the Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority (PREPA), as well as Argentina's bondholder litigation and sovereign debt restructuring. I also advise private equity sponsors and commercial real estate lenders on insolvency and restructuring issues. I devote a significant portion of my practice to cross-border matters, particularly in Latin America.
