David Greene

Mr. Greene devotes virtually his entire practice to the defense of Pennsylvania workers' compensation matters on behalf of insurance carriers, self-insured entities and third-party administrators. He is a frequent speaker for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and is a co-author for PBI's Practice and Procedure Manual, often referred to as "The Bible" for PA workers' compensation issues. He serves as the firm's practice group leader for its tri-state workers' compensation practice and is the co-chair of the Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation Group. He is head of the workers' compensation committee for NRRDA (the National Retail and Restaurant Defense Association). Mr. Greene has achieved an "AV" rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
